Last week felt like a game changer doing my TED Style Talk in Auckland. The talk titled “From Anxiety to Flow Taking back Control” was about my journey of understanding along the path of gaining greater emotional fitness. It was a TED Style Talk promoted via a Meet-Up group, which had 105 people RSVPed of which about 70 people attended. As in the following YouTube link. It is a 10 minute talk followed by 9 minutes of questions.

It was significant as it was the first time the content of the talk had been shared in this format. Which was an important stepping stone along my path as a speaker. While is does leave plenty of room for improvement it was a great test to deliver this talk with very limited practise.
